My dear friend Gracinha is leaving in a few days for Florence, where she'll be working on a PhD for the next four years. I made this quilt thinking of her, hoping that it will warm her up during the coldest moments and wishing her all the luck in the world.

What can I say? Isn't she lucky? Between a lovely quilt and the fact she's going to Florence she can't go wrong!
