I'm Constança, crafter, seamstress, baker, trees and flowers lover, experimental homemaker. My friends and family call me Concha. In a former life I studied Law and then History, but chose to pursue a crafting career instead. I was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal, then I moved to rural England in January 2010 and now I'm living in New Zealand's North Island.
I started this blog in late 2006 because I was developing a strong interest in sewing. As my life evolved so did the blog and before I knew it I was sharing corners of my home, cakes, books, sewing tutorials, my first attempts at gardening, glimpses of my travels. This blog makes me focus on the best moments of my life and that's great, because that's precisely what I want to celebrate every single day.
